Ciao! I’m Vincenzo, and I am so delighted to invite you to the rolling countryside near the village of Santa Domenica Talao, the gateway to the Pollino National Park and just a few kilometres from the Riviera dei Cedri. My farm and restaurant, Vigreen, was born from my love for this land. Growing up spending every holiday with my grandparents, I’ve always felt a deep desire to keep their traditions alive. Through my restaurant, I’m able to pair my passion for the countryside with my skills as a chef. I look forward to welcoming you on an unforgettable culinary journey to discover the authentic flavours of Calabria! We’re going to have a blast!

A Day in the Vigreen Olive Grove

Experience the tradition of olive harvesting with Vincenzo at Vigreen! You'll begin your day among the olive trees, picking olives by hand just as generations of Calabrian farmers have done. After the harvest, enjoy a delicious outdoor lunch surrounded by nature and the peaceful countryside. To end the day, you'll visit the local olive mill to watch the fascinating process of transforming freshly picked olives into extra virgin olive oil — freshly pressed and ready to taste!
