Nestled in the hills of Santa Domenica Talao rests a rural trattoria waiting to welcome you for a cooking course with Chef Vincenzo who will teach you about a peculiar pasta that was at risk of being forgotten. To conclude this day, we suggest visiting i Carnali at San Nicola Arcella for a tasting of their liqueurs made with sea water.
